Herman Knoll

Herman Knoll is a legend in music education throughout Greenwood and beyond. Not only was he the Greenwood School Corporation's Band Director for several years, his illustrious career reflects tireless dedication to sharing a love of music through schools and community bands like GGCB. During the 1980's, Mr. Knoll became an investor and Vice President of the nation's leading music publisher, Hal Leonard Corporation. He recently retired from that position and continues to remain active in Bands of America and other non-profits committed to helping music educators, and improving the quality of music education programs.
