Information for GGCB participants:

• The Concert Band Festival will take place on Tuesday, March 11th at Warren Central High School, 9500 E. 16th Street. The concert itself starts at 7:00 pm, but the Indianapolis Trombone Choir will provide pre-concert music on stage starting at 6:30 pm.
• Enter the campus via 16th Street and park in Lot #3 on the south side of the building. There are “No Entry” signs on the lot, but that only applies during school hours when the buses are parked in that lot.
• Enter via Door #36. It will be unlocked 5:30-7:00 pm.
• GGCB’s homeroom and warm-up room is the Band Room (M111). When you enter Door #36, it is straight ahead on the right.
• Cases and coats can be left in the homeroom but should be placed around the perimeter of the room rather than on chairs or in walkways. Students will be resetting the room after our warm-up. Please take purses or other valuables with you to the stage.
• After we perform, you are encouraged to return to the auditorium to hear the Indianapolis Symphonic Band perform. Seats will be available both on the main floor and in the balcony.
• Warren Central Performing Arts staff and Tri-M Music Honor Society students will be in the halls and homerooms to answer questions or point you in the right direction if needed.
